Know What You Have

What Stocky Exports — and What It Doesn't

The good news: most of your data is already safe in Shopify. The catch: your supplier records aren't.

Syncs Automatically to Any App

  • All products and variants (names, SKUs, barcodes)
  • Current inventory levels per location
  • Full sales order history
  • Product costs (if set in Shopify)
  • Purchase order history (CSV export from Stocky, while available)

Must Capture Manually

  • Supplier names and contact details
  • Supplier email addresses
  • Lead times (days from order to delivery per supplier)
  • Supplier-to-product SKU mappings
  • Minimum order quantities and pack sizes
Act before it's too late: Stocky features have been removed since July 2025 and access could degrade further before the August 31 deadline. Your supplier data exists only inside Stocky — once the app is gone, so is that data.
Export Guide

5 Steps to Export and Migrate Your Stocky Data

Follow these steps in order. The first two must be done while Stocky is still accessible.

1

Export what you can from Stocky

Open Stocky and navigate to Purchase Orders. If the CSV export button is still active, download your full purchase order history. This captures supplier SKUs, cost prices, and pack sizes for products you've ordered. Screenshots are a good backup if the export is unavailable.

2

Note your supplier details separately

Open each supplier record in Stocky and record the name, email address, and lead time. Stocky does not export supplier records — these must be captured manually before shutdown. A spreadsheet row per supplier is all you need at this stage.

3

Download the Replenish migration template

Download the free migration CSV template below. It's pre-formatted to match Replenish's import — supplier name, email, lead time, and product SKU columns are already set up. No reformatting needed.

4

Fill in suppliers and SKU mappings

Transfer the supplier data you captured in step 2 into the template. Add lead times and map each supplier to the relevant product SKUs from step 1. One row per supplier-product relationship covers everything Replenish needs to calculate reorder timing.

5

Install Replenish and import

Install Replenish from the Shopify App Store. Products, inventory, and sales history sync automatically from Shopify — nothing to upload. Then go to Suppliers → Import CSV and upload your completed template. Full setup takes under 10 minutes.

FAQ

Stocky export questions answered

Everything you need to know about getting your data out of Stocky before the shutdown.

What data does Stocky export?
Stocky does not have a dedicated data export feature. Products, inventory levels, and sales history are stored in Shopify directly and are automatically available to any replacement app — no export needed. Purchase orders may be downloadable as a CSV from Stocky's purchase orders screen while that feature still works.
Does Stocky export suppliers and lead times?
No. Supplier names, email addresses, lead times, and supplier-to-product SKU mappings are stored in Stocky only. They are not synced to Shopify and cannot be exported via any automated means. You must capture them manually before the August 31, 2026 shutdown. Use the Replenish migration template CSV to organize them for import.
When does Stocky shut down?
Stocky shuts down fully on August 31, 2026. Key features were removed in July 2025, and Stocky was removed from the Shopify App Store on February 2, 2026. The app may already be partially degraded — do not wait to capture your supplier data. If Stocky becomes inaccessible before August 31, that data is gone.
How do I migrate my supplier data to Replenish?
Download the Replenish migration template CSV. Fill in your supplier names, email addresses, lead times, and product SKU mappings from Stocky. Install Replenish from the Shopify App Store, then go to Suppliers and use the CSV import to load your data. Products, inventory, and sales history sync automatically from Shopify — no extra upload steps needed.
Is there a migration template I can use?
Yes. The Replenish migration template is a free CSV pre-formatted for the import. Download it here. The columns — supplier name, email, lead time, SKU — match Replenish's import exactly. Fill in your data from Stocky and import directly. No reformatting required.

Move before the deadline

Install Replenish now and migrate your supplier data while Stocky is still accessible. Products and inventory sync automatically — you just need to bring your supplier records.
